Although creating new sub space realms is beyond us, although we are still hopeful, making tiny little "pocket dimensions" is very doable.

In this way we can transport much larger amounts of cargo much more quickly, and can even create storage spaces in home that could never otherwise fit.

We hope to continue to refine this advanced magic, and hope that researchers the continent over can make use of our notes.

Please be warned that these "pocket dimensions" cannot contain living material. Or rather, the material will not continue to live once within them.

Also please be EXTRA warned to not activate the "pocket dimension" while within a space too small to hold the unfolded dimension. 

I mean, you can if you want, but you're going to end up with a big mess. Your call.
