Through great cost and investment of magica it is possible to "bridge" two different areas or planes. This should be considered HIGHLY temporary, and does require a "link" at both points to initiate the bridge. In the rare scenario that one Walled City attempts to invade or take over another, this is the most common and effective tactic. Ongoing efforts to stabilize these bridges have failed, or have proven to be cost ineffective.

Still, the dream of being able to safely traverse the Continent through spacial bridges is still a goal worth pursuing.
