Although in previous editions we have outlined how to approach and venture into the Center City, we are redacting that advice. Fewer and fewer adventurers are returning from the Center City, even as more have attempted to enter and search it for treasures and artifacts.

While it is true that those that survive have become wealthy, the percentage of survivors is INCREASINGLY SMALL.

Radio contact and magical transmissions work very poorly in the city, and there is NO way for help to arrive.

Even if you are a multi-artifact team, please be advised to adventure elsewhere.

Powerful guardians will now be posted some distance from the city to both deter those attempting to go in, and to hopefully stop anything that attempts to leave.
