The fermentation of fruits, and grains into alcoholic beverages is a gift from the heavens. The mundane is elevated through a simple but precise processes into something that is both great and terrible.
In many ways it represents the balance required to let your "base" instincts out, and to temper them so that they do not rule you.
If you can not handle such a test, refrain. And if you think you can handle it, speak truthfully to that self, so that you are not deceived.
Also creating the carbonation through nitrogen gas is FAR preferable, and CLEARLY the choice of the heavens!!
