In case of a "Dangerous Incursion" by an outside force into a Walled City, please immediately move to your basement shelter. Do NOT attempt to engage. Do NOT attempt to flee the city. Shelters are designed to greatly increase survivability. If you hear something calling your name, knocking, or tempting, IGNORE.

If a walled cities defenses are completely overrun, nearby walled cities are honor bound to send reinforcements. All shelters should have enough supplies for two weeks, and it is MANDATORY to maintain these supplies.
