I have had to resort to using my Meach sample to ensure our safety.

Mr. Walker and I have discovered that the Meach flesh actually retains some knowledge from each previous ingestion. We have used this to condition the Meach flesh to respond to certain lights and stimuli, as well as sounds. 

Once consumed by a beast or monster, the Meach creature will continue to respond to such inputs.

We now have some truly impressive creations under our control, as well behaved as any construct.

Additionally they have a very pleasant scent. We spray them down with a kind of pesticide mixture that keeps away all insects, so as to avoid the spreading of the Meach flesh across the New Land.

Soon we will have enough resources to leave this land.

Part of me shall miss this time.
