The Head Master is dead, and the balance between the remaining masters is precarious.

The power is divided fairly evenly between Dzu, Vapula, Bael, Sangui, Buzhum, Jern.

The Demons are major threats in their own rights, but each keeps the other in check.

The remaining Masters will divide up all of his resources, and this in turn could lead to unintended consequences, potentially creating a domino like power shift.

So far all seem content with their domain, but I may need additional resources in the coming months.
